A lot has happened since the resolution was passed at the special general meeting on November 25, 2025: Further assessments are underway to determine the final location for the court expansion. At the same time, planning for the new clubhouse and the air-supported dome has begun.

In addition, we submitted a request for funding to convert courts 1–5 to LED lighting to the municipality of Horgen. A decision is still pending. Our goal: By our anniversary year in 2027, TC Horgen will have modern lighting.

TC Horgen is pleased to announce a partnership with TC Dow Europe. Members of TC Dow Europe can now participate in TC Horgen's various events. For example, during the club championship weekend, at the “Meet & Compete” club championships, or at other social events such as the doubles fun tournaments (brunch, Jass), or the summer night festival. TC Horgen looks forward to welcoming many members of TC Dow Europe. Further joint events and deeper cooperation are planned.

In return, TC Horgen members can reserve courts at the TC Dow Europe facility. For more information, visit the website under the Club / Dow Facility section.​​​​​​​

Due to increasing capacity constraints, there is a need for additional courts and year-round playing facilities. At the same time, the vision of a new clubhouse is taking shape, as the existing one no longer meets today's requirements. The board, supported by a dedicated infrastructure commission, is working intensively on the further development of the Allmend facility. The aim is not only to overcome challenges, but also to seize opportunities to make the club even more attractive for the coming decades. The goal: to create the best conditions for a vibrant, modern tennis sport in Horgen.

Many discussions and clarifications have already taken place with the lessor, AKH Pro Sport Horgen, associations, other clubs, and the municipality—the signs are promising!
