TC Horgen is pleased to announce a partnership with TC Dow Europe. Members of TC Dow Europe can now participate in TC Horgen's various events. For example, during the club championship weekend, at the “Meet & Compete” club championships, or at other social events such as the doubles fun tournaments (brunch, Jass), or the summer night festival. TC Horgen looks forward to welcoming many members of TC Dow Europe. Further joint events and deeper cooperation are planned.

Interclub season is approaching
Our teams are training intensively for the upcoming Interclub season. As in the last season, updates on upcoming matches and results will be communicated primarily via the “TCH WhatsApp News Chat.” If you haven’t joined yet and would like to stay informed, please join this chat.

• Date: July 4–5, 2026
• Rain date: July 11–12, 2026
  
• In competitions with a high number of entries, play may begin as early as Friday (late afternoon/evening).
• Announcement of Results / Award Ceremony / Dinner: The announcement of results and the award ceremony for all competitions will take place on Sunday, after the final matches. Following this, the club will organize a group dinner in the clubhouse (the club will cover the cost of the meal, excluding drinks, for all players who participated in the Club Championship).

This weekend, the singles and doubles competitions will be played in a classic knockout format (with consolation matches if time permits).

The following competitions are offered:

• Women’s Singles Active: WS A R1/R5
• Women’s Singles Active: WS A R5/R9
• Women’s Singles 40+: WS 40+ R1/R5
• Women’s Singles 40+: WS 40+ R5/R9
• Men’s Singles Active: MS A R1/R9
• Men’s Singles 45+: MS 45+ R1/R9
• Women’s Doubles Active: WD A R1/R9
• Men’s Doubles Active: MD A R1/R9
• Mixed Doubles Active: DM A R1/R9

Unlicensed players are also eligible to participate in the club championships.

Due to increasing capacity constraints, there is a need for additional courts and year-round playing facilities. At the same time, the vision of a new clubhouse is taking shape, as the existing one no longer meets today's requirements. The board, supported by a dedicated infrastructure commission, is working intensively on the further development of the Allmend facility. The aim is not only to overcome challenges, but also to seize opportunities to make the club even more attractive for the coming decades. The goal: to create the best conditions for a vibrant, modern tennis sport in Horgen.

Many discussions and clarifications have already taken place with the lessor, AKH Pro Sport Horgen, associations, other clubs, and the municipality—the signs are promising!
