Anpassung Schutzkonzept / Revision Protection Concept

Aufgrund der neuen Vorgaben mussten wir unser Schutzkonzept überarbeiten. Neben den spezifischen Änderungen für Restaurant/Garderoben (siehe unten), ist bei uns auf der Anlage die wichtigste Regel weiterhin, den Mindestabstand von 1.5 Metern zueinander einzuhalten. Das Contact Tracing ist dank unserem Reservationssystem GotCourts ebenfalls erfüllt. Alle übrigen Anpassungen/Ergänzungen betreffen hauptsächlich den anstehenden Interclub sowohl im Amateur-Bereich als auch im Leistungssport. Die Captains werden zur gegebenen Zeit noch entsprechend informiert werden. Das Schutzkonzept ist diesem Newsletter angehängt und auf unserer Website zu finden.

Due to the new requirements, we had to revise our protection concept. In addition to the specific changes for restaurant/cloakrooms (see below), the most important rule at the club is still to maintain the minimum distance of 1.5 meters from each other. Contact tracing is also fulfilled thanks to our reservation system GotCourts. All other adjustments/additions are mainly related to the upcoming Interclub in the amateur as well as professional leagues. The captains will be informed accordingly prior to the competition. Öffnung Restaurant / Opening of Restaurant

Aufgrund der Wetterabhängigkeit im Aussenbereich, wird Toni, abgesehen von seinem Ruhetag am Dienstag, bis auf Weiteres je nach Wetter öffnen. Als Daumenregel gilt, dass das Restaurant bei trockenem Wetter ab 15 Grad geöffnet ist. Nach aktuellem Wetterbericht wird Toni somit voraussichtlich am kommenden Mittwoch das erste Mal öffnen. Wer auch bei kühleren Temperaturen bei Toni essen möchte oder sichergehen will, dass das Restaurant geöffnet hat, kann Toni direkt unter 079 541 22 20 oder clubhaus@tchorgen.ch kontaktieren. Nebst der Öffnung der Aussenbereiche der Restaurants wurden auch die einzuhaltenden Schutzmassnahmen angepasst. Neu gelten bei uns im Restaurantbereich gemäss Schutzkonzept folgende Regeln: 

• Das Restaurant muss spätestens um 23 Uhr schliessen.
• Im ganzen Restaurantbereich (auch im Aussenbereich) gilt eine Maskenpflicht. Die Maske darf nur am Tisch abgezogen werden.
• Pro Tisch dürfen maximal vier Personen sitzen und die Tische haben einen Abstand von 1.5 Meter zueinander.
• Auf jedem Tisch ist ein Formular zu finden, in dem sich alle eintragen müssen, um das Contact Tracing sicherzustellen.
• Das Essen und die Getränke werden an der Theke bestellt, bezahlt und abgeholt. Nach dem Essen bitten wir, das Geschirr an der Theke zurückgegeben und die Tische zu desinfizieren. 

Falls das Restaurant nicht geöffnet ist, sind Getränke und kleine Snacks jederzeit in unserem Wandkiosk erhältlich.

Due to the weather dependency in the outdoor area, Toni will, apart from his day off on Tuesday, open depending on the weather until further notice. As a rule of thumb, the restaurant is open in dry weather and a minimum of 15 degrees. According to the current weather forecast, Toni will thus probably open for the first time on the coming Wednesday. If you would like to eat at the restaurant even in cooler temperatures or want to make sure that the restaurant is open, you can contact Toni directly at 079 541 22 20 or clubhaus@tchorgen.ch. In addition to the opening of the outdoor areas of the restaurants, the protective measures to be observed have also been adapted. According to the protection concept, the following rules now apply in the restaurant area: 

• The restaurant must close by 11 p.m. at the latest.
• Masks are compulsory in the entire restaurant area (including the outdoor area). Only when eating at the table the mask can be removed.
• A maximum of four people are allowed to sit at each table, and the tables have a distance of 1.5 meters from each other.
• There is a form on each table where everyone must sign in to ensure contact tracing.
• The food and drinks are ordered, paid for, and picked up at the counter. After the meal, we ask that dishes be returned to the counter and tables be sanitized. 

If the restaurant is not open, drinks and snacks are always available in our wall kiosk.

Öffnung der Garderoben / Opening of Cloakrooms

Die Garderoben werden am Montag und Dienstag gereinigt und können somit spätestens ab Mittwoch ebenfalls wieder benützt werden. Gemäss Schutzkonzept gilt in den Garderoben eine Maskenpflicht und es dürfen sich maximal vier Personen gleichzeitig in der Garderobe aufhalten, um den Mindestabstand von 1.5 Metern zu gewährleisten.

The cloakrooms will be cleaned on Monday and Tuesday and can therefore be used again on Wednesday at the latest. According to the protection concept, masks are compulsory in the cloakrooms, and a maximum of four people are allowed in the cloakrooms at the same time to ensure a minimum distance of 1.5 meters.

Saisonplan 2021 / Season Plan 2021

Im Anhang findest du den Saisonplan für die laufende Sommersaison. Neben dem Interclub werden wir, sofern es die Covid-Massnahmen erlauben, folgende Veranstaltungen/Aktivitäten organisieren:

Clubmeisterschaft Erwachsene

Die Clubmeisterschaft wird dieses Jahr in einem neuen Format ausgetragen. Die Vorrunde findet in Form von Gruppenspielen statt, die vorgängig zum Finaltag individuell gespielt werden. Am Finaltag am 21. August (Einzel) bzw. 22. August (Doppel) werden dann die Sieger erspielt. Mit diesem Modus sollten alle Teilnehmenden genügend zum Spielen kommen und spannende Finaltage mit gutem Tennis garantiert sein. Die Vormerkung der Finaltage in der Agenda lohnt sich somit! Sobald man sich anmelden kann, werden wir dies entsprechend kommunizieren. 

Clubmeisterschaft Junioren (AKH Cup)

Aufgrund der zahlreichen neuen Junioren bei uns im Club haben wir uns entschlossen, dieses Jahr am 10. Juli wieder eine Junioren-Clubmeisterschaft (AKH Cup) zu organisieren. Sobald man sich anmelden kann, werden wir dies entsprechend kommunizieren. Es lohnt sich aber, das Datum bereits in der Agenda vorzumerken!

Sommernachtsfest

Nach dem gut besuchten Sommernachtsfest im letzten Jahr mit Essen, Musik und Tennis bis spät in die Nacht werden wir am 31. Juli auch dieses Jahr ein Sommernachtsfest organisieren. Die Plätze stehen an diesem Abend wieder allen (auch Nicht-Mitglieder) zur freien Verfügung und für das kulinarische, musikalische Wohl wird ebenfalls gesorgt sein.

Freitagstreff

Am Freitagnachmittag ab 14 Uhr findet unter der Leitung von Peter Kubica der traditionelle Freitagstreff für die eher älteren Generationen statt. Eine vorgängige Anmeldung ist nicht nötig und der Spielmodus wird vor Ort organisiert.

Aufgrund der geltenden Covid-Massnahmen sowie dem anstehenden Interclub ist die Durchführung der üblichen Saisoneröffnung inkl. Doppelturnier dieses Jahr leider nicht möglich. Wir hoffen, dass wir nächstes Jahr wieder normal in die Saison starten können.

Attached you will find the season schedule for the current summer season. In addition to the Interclub, we will organize the following events/activities, as long as the Covid measures allow to do so:

Adult Club Championship

The Club Championship will be held in a new format this year. The preliminary round will be in the form of group matches played individually before the final day. On the final day on August 21 (singles) and August 22 (doubles), the winners will be determined. With this format, all participants should be able to play enough, and exciting final days with good tennis are guaranteed. It is, therefore, worth to make already a note of the final days in the agenda! As soon as you can register, we will communicate this accordingly. 

Club Championship Juniors (AKH Cup)

Due to many new juniors in our club, we have decided to organize a Junior Club Championship (AKH Cup) again this year on July 10. As soon as it is possible to register, we will communicate this accordingly. But it is worth highlighting the date already in the agenda!

Summer Night Party

After last year's well-attended summer night party with food, music, and tennis until late into the night, we will organize a summer night party again this year on July 31. The courts will again be at the free disposal to all (including non-members). This evening will be full of organized culinary, musical, and relaxing time.

Friday meeting

On Friday afternoons, starting at 2 p.m., the traditional Friday meeting for the older generations will take place under the lead of Peter Kubica. No prior registration is necessary, and game mode is organized onsite.

Due to the Covid measures in force as well as the upcoming Interclub, the usual season-opening incl. doubles tournament is unfortunately not possible this year. We hope that we will be able to start the season normally again next year.
